Atatürk’ün Yazdığı “Taktik Meselenin Çözümü veEmirlerin Yazılmasına İlişkin Öğütler” Adlı Eserin,Onun Liderlik Özellikleri Açısından Analizi

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s leadership properties emerged owing to the qualities he had obtained since the begining of the school years. It is possible to understand this truth by taking a glance to the books he read and masterpieces he wrote. The masterpieces he wrote particulary in military matters are the best indicators of his leadership qualities. When those masterpieces are scrutnized, the basic virtues he has in every field and those he reflects to his applications are easily detected. The masterpiece he wrote in 1916 named “The Advices to Solve the Tactical Problems and to Write Decrees” is one of those masterpieces. In the masterpiece, we comphrehend the way he approaches, analyses and concludes the events. Many leadership qualities put forward in this masterpiece affected his personality and transformed his military and political career.
