Abstract
Ameloblastic fibroma is a rare odontogenic tumor which contains epithelial and ectomesenchymal components and it usually occurs in the first 2 decades. We reported two cases of ameloblastic fibroma that were seen in the mandibular posterior region of 14-year-old boy and 20-year-old girl. Lesions were diagnosed by rutine examination and treated with conservative enucleation. Also the patients has still continued to be followed-up closely due to reccurence risk. In this report clinical, radiographical, histopathologic features of the lesions and the relationship between treatment protocol and reccurrence risk are also discussed using the literature knowledge.
