The Evaluation of Plant Materials Used in Urban Open-Green Areas; Aksaray City Case

Plants in the urban setting play an important role in improving urban life. In order to attain the main purpose it is necessary to carry out the plantation activities in the frame of the principles and knowledge of planning, designing, maintaining, tending and related professional disciplines and persons. In this research the important of open-green areas were investigated on the human life. The plant materials used in open-green areas of Aksaray city were evaluated by designing of plants. In conclusion, the problems related to applications were determined and the solutions proposals were suggested.
