THE LIBERTY AND SECURITY OF PERSON WITHIN THE SCOPE OF EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Today the right to liberty and security of person has become one of the main factor of Europan convention on human rights. . Individual rights and freedoms to a rating between each one is not correct approach to people freedom and security right is other rights and freedoms to express that in the center is required. As a matter of fact exercise the other rights and freedoms will affect negatively deprived of their liberty. Liberty and security of person is clause 5 of contracted have assurance to prevent arbitrary arrest and detention of people.
