FORMATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN COROPERATIVE PARTNERSHIPS

In the present embodiment, some of the conditions for the formation of cooperative board of directors falls short of the age. With the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 joint-stock companies provided management with the principles of corporate governance.In accordance with the corporate governance principles also management of cooperatives, making legal regulations should be established.
