Abstract
Idiopathic dilatation of the right atrium (IDRA) is an uncommon cardiac abnormality that consists of a disproportionately enlarged right atrium (RA) in the absence of any other anatomical pathology of the heart (1). Appropriate treatment of IDRA is controversial.
