Change or Perish: New Sections in The IJOEM

We have to change with time or are forced to perish. Readers always expect more. Options once excited them soon become a basic need for them. To win the game of competition, we must change accordingly.Since January 2011, The IJOEM has entered Elsevier s Scopus and EMBASE—the two most prestigious European indexing systems which increases our visibility. We have also improved the appearance of our Web site homepage and equipped it with RSS feed which facilitates easy access to updates.
