Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of the category extension, means offering a different category of product group by using the same brand name, in creating brand loyalty on consumers by different dimensions. Because of affecting the criteria for formation of loyalty favor, satisfaction, behavior, commitment, and conversion cost were analyzed in order to determine if they can be correlated or not with category extension.
