THE FACTOR AND EFFECTS APOSTACY MALAY COUMMUNITY IN NOVELS TUHAN MANUSIA BY FAISAL TEHRANI: AN OBSERVATION ON TAKMILAH

The phenomenon of apostasy among Malay community today is very worrying and give negative effects to human. Apostates refer to the matter of leaving a religion. The apostacy may turn to another religion or choose to remain religious (atheism). This study is based on Islamic concepts such as creed, da wah and caliphate in Faisal s novel Tuhan Manusia (2007). Further, this study aims to identify and analyze the factors that led to a person s apostasy. In addition, this study uses qualitative methods that refer to library and text methods. In addition, the theory of Takmilah was made deductive of the study by applying Islamic principles, knowledge of literature, Islam in Akmal, Kamil-like audience in support of research analysis to be more systematic. It is hoped that this study will provide the audience with the knowledge that through the work of literature also can be delivered creatively and effectively to all readers.
