Efficiency of Social Policy in the Global Transformation: Evaluation from Four Perspectives

Globalization is one of the most popular issues in political, academic and practical areas in the world. It is highly contested concept best understood as several of interlinked processes. Most of the writers, politicians and political activists who talk about globalization, express the concern about its negative effects. But in this article globalization has examined from the four main perspectives. These perspectives include all side of views. After, globalization and social policy relationship has been set up in the light of these main perspectives. It has been seen that there was dynamic, two-way relationships between globalization processes and the national and worldwide social policies.This article has been formed upon four sections. The first section is related to globalization notion. The second one includes globalization and social policy relationships. The third section examines the globalization and social policy relationships as a part of a dynamic process. And the last section includes evaluation and conclusions.
