Conforming and non-conforming current for attributing steady state power quality problems

RMS Fluctuations, wave form distortion, and three phase unbalance are some of the major aspects of power quality, for which many measuring instruments exist today. This paper presents a concept for sharing the responsibility for these deterioration between utility and customers. The sharing is based solely on measurements during the operation.
