Non-linear pricing with a general cost function

In this paper we treat the one-good monopolist non-linear pricing problem with a general cost function. If the monopolist sees the consumer type as the realization of a random variable, then the solution is obtained by the usual pointwise maximization method. However, if the distribution of consumersʹ types is the realized distribution of buyers, then the solution is harder and is presented here.
