Abstract
Free radial forearm adipofascial flaps were used for limb reconstruction in four cases. The flaps were harvested through limited skin incisions with the aid of lighted retractors. The mean surface area was 96 cm2. The donor sites and the transferred tissue healed satisfactorily in all cases. Although the dissection through limited incisions is slightly awkward and prolongs the operating time, the technique offers significant benefits in terms of donor-site morbidity and aesthetics.
