Appearance of birdhot retinochoroidopathy in a patient with myelodyplaia yndrome

Purpoe: To report the appearance of birdhot retinochoroidopathy in a patient with myelodyplaia yndrome. Method: Cae report of a healthy 62-year-old woman who wa fortuitouly noted to have multiple atrophic pot in the poterior choroid and retina of each eye. Reult: ubequent medical evaluation included a blood cell count that dicloed pancytopenia, with a diagnoi of myelodyplaia made on bone marrow examination. Concluion: An autoimmune repone aociated with the underlying myelodyplaia may be reponible for the appearance of atrophic retinal and choroidal leion reembling birdhot retinochoroidopathy
