Macular fold and poor viion aociated with zone III retinopathy of prematurity

PURPOE: To decribe two cae of zone III retinopathy of prematurity aociated with macular fold and poor viion. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Two premature infant with zone III retinopathy of prematurity developed clinically notable elevation of the neovacular ridge with macular fold and poor viion. CONCLUION: Retinopathy of prematurity in zone III may lead to compromied anatomic and functional outcome. Notable elevation of the neovacular ridge may be an important rik factor for an advere outcome.
