Capular block yndrome with external blockage of the capular opening by a ciliary ulcu fixated poterior chamber len

PURPOE: To report capular block yndrome with external blockage of the capular opening by a poterior chamber len fixated in the ciliary ulcu. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: In an 89-year-old man who had undergone cataract urgery, a poterior chamber len wa accidentally fixated in the ciliary ulcu after continuou curvilinear capulohhexi and phacoemulification/apiration. The next day, capular block yndrome wa noted along the poterior chamber len optic, which wa blocking the capular opening from the outide. CONCLUION: In all previouly reported eye with capular block yndrome, the poterior chamber len had been placed inide the len capule to block the continuou curvilinear capulorhexi opening from the inide.
