Orbital chondroarcoma developing in a patient with Paget dieae

PURPOE: To decribe the radiologic, hitopathologic, and cytogenetic feature of an orbital chondroarcoma developing in a patient with Paget dieae. METHOD: A 64-year-old woman preented with rapidly progreive proptoi of her right eye. Computed tomographic can, hitopathologic examination, and cytogenetic analyi were performed. REULT: Computed tomographic can dicloed oeou change of the temporal and frontal bone, with area of high denity conitent with Paget dieae. A oft-tiue tumor in the right lateral orbital wall wa conitent with Paget arcoma. On hitology, a chondroarcoma wa diagnoed, which wa confirmed by fluorecent in itu hybridization. CONCLUION: Thi i a unique cae of orbital chondroarcoma developing in a patient with Paget dieae.
