Ultraound biomicrocopy in the diagnoi and management of limbal dermoid

PURPOE: To report the ue of ultraound biomicrocopy in the diagnoi and management of limbal dermoid. METHOD: We ued ultraound biomicrocopy to examine an 18-month-old Aian girl with a congenital limbal ma with corneal extenion. A biopy of the ma wa obtained. REULT: Clinical examination, ultraound biomicrocopy, and biopy confirmed the diagnoi of limbal dermoid. CONCLUION: Ultraound biomicrocopy may erve a a ueful diagnotic adjunct for limbal dermoid. Additionally, it may be helpful in delineating the extent of thee leion.
