Cicatrizing conjunctivitie aociated with paraneoplatic lichen planu

PURPOE: To report two cae of cicatrizing conjunctiviti aociated with paraneoplatic lichen planu. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: Two patient were examined becaue of redne and dicomfort in both eye. A 63-year-old woman with follicular, mall-cleaved cell lymphoma had cicatrizing conjunctiviti, tomatiti, vulviti, and kin leion. A 25-year-old man with malignant thymoma had cicatrizing conjunctiviti, eroive tomatiti, and penile papule. Hitopathologic tudie of conjunctiva and kin biopy pecimen in the firt patient and labial biopy pecimen in the econd revealed lichen planu. CONCLUION: Paraneoplatic lichen planu i a poible caue of cicatrizing conjunctiviti aociated with inflammatory kin and mucou membrane dieae
