urgical debulking of eyelid and anterior orbital plexiform neurofibroma by mean of the carbon dioxide laer

%PURPOE: To preent the carbon dioxide laer a an effective tool for urgical debulking of eyelid and orbital neurofibroma. METHOD: Two patient with neurofibromatoi underwent urgical debulking of their eyelid and orbital plexiform neurofibroma by mean of the carbon dioxide laer. REULT: Acceptable cometic reult were obtained with the removal of eyelid and orbital neurofibroma with improved hemotai and minimal detruction of urrounding tiue when compared with conventional method of removal. CONCLUION: The carbon dioxide laer may allow ignificant improvement in the removal of plexiform neurofibroma.
