Abstract
PURPOE: To report a cae of neovacular glaucoma a a complication of retinal vaculiti in Crohn dieae.
METHOD: Cae report with fluorecein angiogram.
REULT: A 62-year-old man with biopy-proven Crohn dieae preented with bilateral uveiti, bilateral iri new veel, and neovacular glaucoma in the left eye. Fluorecein angiography revealed ign of retinal vaculiti and capillary nonperfuion in both eye.
CONCLUION: Crohn dieae may be aociated with retinal vaculiti and, thu, neovacular glaucoma. A atifactory reult can be achieved by uing corticoteroid to control the retinal vacular inflammation, by applying panretinal photocoagulation and by controlling the increaed intraocular preure urgically.
