An aociation between Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae and Guillain-Barré yndrome

PURPOE: To decribe an aociation between Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae and Guillain-Barré;1.5 yndrome. METHOD: Cae erie, decribing three patient. REULT: In two patient, the diorder had their onet within 2 week of each other; in the third patient, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae occurred after 3 month, a Guillain-Barré;1.5 yndrome reolved. All three patient had bilateral panuveiti typical of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae. Each alo developed well-accepted manifetation of Guillain-Barré;1.5 yndrome, including parei of the lower extremitie (all patient), parei of the upper extremitie (two patient), parei of cranial nerve (two patient), areflexia (all patient), and abnormal electromyography finding (two patient). CONCLUION: Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada dieae may follow or occur imultaneouly with Guillain-Barré;1.5 yndrome.
