Late onet len particle glaucoma a a conequence of pontaneou dilocation of an intraocular len in peudoexfoliation yndrome

PURPOE: To report acute onet len particle glaucoma aociated with peudoexfoliation-related dilocation of an intraocular len implant 12 year after cataract urgery. METHOD: Cae report. REULT: An 80-year-old woman preented with acute onet of left eye pain that wa aociated with white fleck-like particle circulating in the anterior chamber and an intraocular preure of 48 mm Hg. The poterior chamber intraocular len within the capular bag wa poitioned more poteriorly to the iri plane than uual, and peudoexfoliative material wa preent on the len capule and the zonule. Anterior chamber apirate confirmed the preence of len cortical fiber. CONCLUION: pontaneou dilocation of the poterior chamber intraocular len in patient with peudoexfoliation yndrome everal year after cataract urgery may liberate len cortical material, cauing len particle glaucoma.
