PURPOE: To report a cornea-par plana through-and-through technique for the repoitioning and trancleral uture fixation of a dilocated poterior chamber intraocular len. DEIGN: Interventional cae erie. METHOD: For trancleral uture fixation of a dilocated poterior chamber intraocular len, one needle of a double-arm 10-0 Prolene needle i paed through the paracentei ite then underneath the intraocular len haptic, and through the intended cleral outlet on the oppoite ide. The other needle of the Prolene uture i alo paed through the ame paracentei, above the ame haptic, and through the intended cleral outlet on the oppoite ide. The haptic i now well upported, and the knot i tied. A imilar procedure i performed for the econd haptic if neceary. REULT: Three eye (three patient) were operated on uing thi technique with good viual and anatomic outcome. CONCLUION: The decribed technique i imple, afe, allow early viual rehabilitation, and can be accomplihed without an aitant.
