DEIGN: Interventional cae report.
METHOD: A 72-year-old Chinee man preented with acute primary angle-cloure in the left eye. In the fellow right eye, a localized Decemet membrane detachment developed after prophylactic equential argon-Nd:YAG laer peripheral iridotomy. Ultraound biomicrocopy picture were taken.
