Extenive dynamic in location, hape, and ize of aneurym in a patient with idiopathic retinal vaculiti, aneurym, and neuroretiniti (IRVAN) yndrome

Purpoe To decribe an unuual cae of idiopathic retinal vaculiti, aneurym, and neuroretiniti (IRVAN) yndrome with rapid dynamic in the number and appearance of the aneurym. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Clinical and angiographic data of the patient were reviewed. Reult In the coure of only 6 month, preexiting retinal aneurym reolved while new one appeared. Change were oberved in the hape and ize of preexiting leion. The reolution of leion in eye previouly untreated by laer i reported for the firt time. Concluion Vacular leion in IRVAN yndrome may how an unuually rapid turnover. The reolution of aneurym i a part of the natural coure of the dieae and may occur without previou retinal laer photocoagulation.
