Method A two-year-old child with pot-traumatic corneal laceration and uveal prolape required medical and urgical therapy for endophthalmiti caued by multiple organim including N. ubflava. Reult After aggreive therapy, patient had a favorable outcome without viion compromie. Concluion A there i till not a tandard protocol for therapy for pot-traumatic endopthalmiti, we recommend the ue of broad-pectrum antibiotic via intravitreal, intravenou, and topical route. Conideration of typical and unuual bacteria that have been reported to caue endopthalmiti, a well a the ource of injury, hould guide antibiotic choice.
