Purpoe To report a cae of migration of liquid ilicone into the upper eyelid. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 32-year-old woman had an injection of liquid ilicone into the ubcutaneou tiue of the forehead. he developed a cytic ma in the upper eyelid 2 day potinjection. An exciional biopy wa performed. Reult The ma lay in the Müller’ mucle, and it bae adhered to the taru. The ma ruptured during diection, revealing a yellowih turbid fluid. Hitopathologic finding howed lipogranulomatou reaction. Concluion Liquid ilicone injection to the forehead may promote formation of a cytic ma in the upper eyelid
