Intracorneal hematoma with decemet membrane detachment after vicocanalotomy

Purpoe To decribe a cae of intracorneal hematoma with Decemet membrane detachment after vicocanalotomy. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 63-year-old with uncontrolled primary open-angle glaucoma underwent vicocanalotomy. During the introduction of hyaluronate 2.3% under the uperficial flap, a limited lyi of Decemet membrane wa oberved. Reult lit-lamp biomicrocopy howed an intracorneal hematoma with Decemet membrane detachment 1 day after vicocanalotomy. The creation of an intentional break of Decemet membrane and decemetopexy uing ulfur hexafluoride ga were performed. The cornea regained tranparency after urgery. Concluion Intracorneal hematoma with Decemet membrane detachment i a poible complication of vicocanalotomy.
