Four cae of normal-tenion glaucoma with dik hemorrhage combined with branch retinal vein occluion in the contralateral eye

Purpoe To report four cae of normal-tenion glaucoma with dik hemorrhage in one eye and branch retinal vein occluion in the contralateral eye. Deign Obervational cae erie. Method Four cae of normal-tenion glaucoma with dik hemorrhage in one eye and branch retinal vein occluion in the contralateral eye were detected within a 1-year period. Reult Mean patient age wa 57 ± 10 year. Three patient had ytemic hypertenion, two bilateral normal-tenion glaucoma, and all four bilateral peripapillary atrophy. There wa no ignificant difference in intraocular preure between the dik hemorrhage eye and the contralateral eye with branch retinal vein occluion. Concluion ome normal-tenion glaucoma patient with dik hemorrhage may have a pathogenic mechanim in combination with branch retinal vein occluion.
