Purpoe To report a cae of ligneou conjunctiviti treated with amniotic membrane tranplantation. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 44-year-old woman preented with woodlike leion in the upper and lower taral conjunctiva, blepharoptoi, and reduced viual acuity in the left eye. After confirmation of the diagnoi of ligneou conjunctiviti, he underwent amniotic membrane tranplantation. Reult At the 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month examination, the taral conjunctiva appeared free from membrane. At 8 month, the patient underwent amniotic membrane tranplantation for mall recurrence. At the 36-month examination, no membrane were evident, and viual acuity wa 20/20.
