Purpoe To report a cae of clinical and anatomical reveral of long-term hypotony maculopathy after filtration urgery. Deign Interventional/obervational cae report. Method Cae report and review of a 59-year-old woman who underwent urgical bleb reviion for hypotony maculopathy. Reult Over a 5-year period, progreive viion lo to 20/200 developed in the patientʹ right eye, with an intraocular preure in the ingle digit. he underwent bleb exciion, cleral patch graft, and conjunctival advancement. Five week later, her viual acuity had dramatically improved to 20/25 with an intraocular preure of 16 mm Hg. The retinal thickne decreaed from 423 μm to 211 μm baed on ocular coherence tomography. Concluion Thi cae demontrate that long-term hypotony maculopathy i reverible both functionally and tructurally.
