Method Two patient with conjunctival melanoma underwent LNB, which conited of lymphocintigraphy with injection of ulfur colloid technetium-99m. Lymphazurin blue wa injected intraoperatively into the area of prior exciion. The combination of a ignal through the ulfur colloid technetium-99m and blue taining identified LN. Reult In both patient, the LN containing metatatic dieae were identified and biopie obtained, aiding taging and optimal therapy.
