Purpoe To decribe a repoitioning technique of a ubluxated cleral-fixated rigid intraocular len (IOL) with haptic hole in eye with complete or anterior vitrectomy. Deign Interventional cae erie. Method Uing a two-port par plana vitrectomy, a 10-0 polypropylene uture with the free end fixated to a haptic hole cut from another artificial IOL i paed through a paracentei, then through the hole of the haptic luxated in the vitreou cavity. It i then reanchored at the clera, repoitioning the IOL. Reult In the two eye, viual acuity wa retored to pre-ubluxation level. During 6-month follow-up, anatomic and functional reult were table, and there were no complication. Concluion Thi technique enable repoitioning of a ubluxated, previouly utured rigid IOL without externalization of the len or haptic and with good reult.
