Purpoe To report a cae of type I Gaucherʹ dieae with rare preentation of fundu abnormalitie in long-term obervation. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Thi 53-year-old Taiwanee woman uffered from type I Gaucherʹ dieae for 12 year, with initial preentation of hepatolpenomegaly in 1992. Reult At that time, poor viion with unuual macular change and peripheral retinal veel leakage wa alo noted. he received a complete ophthalmic examination at the initial viit and again 12 year later in 2003. he wa treated with imiglucerae injection during the lat 4 year. However, her viual acuity wa 10/200 in both eye. The macular and peripheral retinal degenerative change progreed after 12 year. Concluion Fundu change aociated with Gaucherʹ dieae are uncommon. We hould not neglect the poibility of retinal involvement and progreion in thee patient.
