clerochoroidal calcification in a patient with claic Bartter’ yndrome

Purpoe To report clerochoroidal calcification in a patient with claic Bartter’ yndrome. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 42-year-old woman with a 26-year hitory of claic Bartter’ yndrome wa found to have bilateral fundu tumor. The patient preented initially with quivering lip and hand tiffne at age 6 year but wa not diagnoed until age 16 year. Treatment included magneium and potaium upplementation and Amiloride therapy. Reult On ocular examination, there were multifocal, yellow-white, geographic, olid choroidal leion along the uperior and inferior retinal vacular arcade in both eye. Ultraonography howed echogenic, placoid calcified leion at the level of the clera and choroid, conitent with bilateral clerochoroidal calcification. Concluion clerochoroidal calcification can be aociated with claic Bartter’ yndrome.
