Purpoe To report on a cae of bilateral conjunctival lymphoid hyperplaia preenting with bilateral panuveiti in a female patient. Deign Obervational cae report. Method In thi cae exciional biopy indicated lymphoid tiue. Immunohitochemitry howed a follicular architecture with appropriate zoning of B and T lymphocyte. Reult Caue of panuveiti were conidered and excluded baed on a detailed hitory, phyical examination, and laboratory invetigation. The bilateral panuveiti reolved on topical corticoteroid and viual acuity returned to normal. Concluion Ocular adnexal lymphoproliferative leion conit of a pectrum of dieae entitie, including reactive lymphoid hyperplaia, atypical lymphoid hyperplaia, and lymphoma. There are no etablihed clinical criteria to differentiate between thee leion. Thi cae highlight the importance of a thorough ophthalmic examination in thee patient, a an intra-ocular inflammatory proce may accompany the conjunctival finding. Futhermore, we advocate periodic follow-up examination becaue of the mall potential rik of developing ocular or ytemic lymphoma in thee patient.
