Uveiti in Gaucher Dieae

Purpoe Chronic uveiti ha been previouly reported in a patient with Gaucher’ dieae and improved with enzyme replacement therapy. Thi report decribe the coure of uveiti in two other patient with type I Gaucher’ dieae. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Review of all patient in a large referral clinic for Gaucher’ dieae for incidence of uveiti. Reult Two patient with uveiti among 527 patient (0.4%) were found. Each had a different clinical outcome from the other and from the patient cited in the literature. Concluion Both patient have mild Gaucher’ dieae, but one patient ha uveiti well controlled for 10 year olely by local corticoteroid, wherea the other ha uffered progreion of uveiti depite enzyme replacement therapy.
