Method We reviewed 892 cae report from the National Regitry of Drug-Induced Ocular ide Effect (Caey Eye Intitute, Portland, Oregon), the Food and Drug Adminitration (FDA), and the World Health Organization (WHO) and conducted a comprehenive review of the literature. Reult Ocular ide effect of thee drug appear fully reverible and tranitory. Concluion To date, evidence doe not exit to dicourage ue of erectile dyfunction agent attributable to harmful ocular ide effect. Ichemic optic neuropathy (ION) i “poible” by WHO claification, however, concluive evidence linking ION to erectile dyfunction medication i till lacking.
