Deep Corneal Neovacularization After Implantation With Intratromal Corneal Ring egment

Purpoe To demontrate the development of deep corneal neovacularization after intratromal corneal ring egment (ICR) implantation, and to demontrate complete regreion after treatment with urgical removal and anti-inflammatory therapy. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A 29-year-old man developed deep tromal neovacularization after ICR implantation for pot–laer-aited in itu keratomileui ectaia that wa not aociated with the urgical wound. Reult After urgical removal of the ICR and treatment with topical predniolone acetate 1.0% and cycloporine A 1.0%, complete veel regreion occurred in 2 week. Concluion ICR can induce deep corneal neovacularization that i not aociated with the urgical wound. urgical removal of the intratromal ring and treatment with topical anti-inflammatory agent can induce veel regreion.
