He wa a profeional artit in computer graphic, and he drew three different picture depending on the urgical procedure. Reult Thee picture depicted the moving of paty, whirling fluid during core vitrectomy, numerou black or gray pot like nowflake by intravitrealy injected crytal of triamcinolone acetonide, and a harp tapered intrument coming into the center and membrane-like material being peeled off. Concluion Patient may ee a precie hape in a contant ize, cale, and detailed movement a well, focued on the retina without decribed optic. Further invetigation will be required to determine thi mechanim.
