Combined En-Face Optical Coherence Tomography and Confocal Ophthalmocopy Finding in Active Multifocal and erpiginou Chorioretiniti

Purpoe To decribe retinal change in active multifocal and erpiginou chorioretiniti een with en-face optical coherence tomography (OCT). Deign Obervational cae report. Method Two patient, preenting with active multifocal chorioretiniti (MFC) and erpiginou chorioretiniti (C), repectively, were canned with a prototype en face OCT ophthalmocope. Reult The OCT can in the patient with the active MFC leion howed a tranretinal hyperreflectivity at the ite of leion. The OCT can in the patient with the active C leion howed hyper-reflectivity in the outer retina at the ite of the leion. Concluion OCT allow for better evaluation of intraretinal change in patient with white dot yndrome. In thee two cae, OCT howed different morphologic change in active leion. OCT may be helpful in identifying the location of involvement in variou white dot yndrome. Thi may have prognotic and therapeutic ignificance.
