Purpoe To preent a complication of combined upper and lower eyelid blepharoplaty and it urgical correction. Deign Obervational cae report. Method A lateral canthal web that reulted from upper and lower blepharoplaty wa treated uing the del Campo tiue tranpoition technique, previouly decribed for repair of epicanthal fold. Reult The tranpoition flap corrected the lateral canthal web, improving the patient’ ymptom and the appearance of the eyelid. Concluion A lateral canthal web may form a a conequence of vertical tiue inufficiency after blepharoplaty. A vertical lengthening procedure can correct the lateral canthal web.
