Orbital-Conjunctival Glomangioma Involving Two Ocular Rectu Mucle

Purpoe To report two glomangioma in one orbit, each iolated to a rectu mucle. Deign Clinicopathologic correlation. Method A 12-year-old boy developed two eparate vacular tumor, near the inertion of the medial rectu and uperior rectu mucle, repectively. A biopy of one tumor wa tudied by light microcopy and immunohitochemitry. Reult Hitopathology revealed blood veel urrounded by cuboidal cell characteritic of glomangioma. The cell howed immunoreactivity for mooth mucle actin and vimentin, upporting the diagnoi. Concluion Glomangioma can involve the rectu mucle in the conjunctiva and orbit, and hould be conidered in differential diagnoi of vacular tumor in the ocular region.
