Purpoe To report two cae of iri neovacularization aociated with ytemic cryoglobulinemia. Deign Retropective cae report. Method Patient chart review and review of literature. Reult Two patient with iri neovacularization in the abence of retinal ichemia were ubequently found to have ytemic cryoglobulinemia. ucceful treatment of one patient’ underlying lymphoma led to tabilization and reolution of neovacularization. Concluion ytemic cryoglobulinemia may be aociated with anterior egment ichemia and neovacularization, and hould be conidered in the differential diagnoi of iri neovacularization in the abence of apparent retinal ichemia.
