Reult A cae of Nocardia abceu/arthrititi/aiatica keratiti wa diagnoed in a young individual with the aid of pyroequencing technology. Baed on preumed antibiotic enitivitie, therapy with topical trimethoprim-ulfamethoxazole eyedrop wa initiated, and the infection wa cleared rapidly with minimal reidual carring. Concluion Pyroequencing may be a ueful tool in aiding the rapid diagnoi and treatment of ocular infection caued by low-growing pathogen.
