Anterior egment Optical Coherence Tomography Imaging of Trabeculectomy Bleb Before and After Laer uture Lyi

Purpoe To image trabeculectomy bleb before and after laer uture lyi (LL) uing anterior egment optical coherence tomography (A-OCT). Deign Propective obervational tudy. Method Bleb were imaged with a prototype of the A-OCT (Carl Zei Meditec, Inc, Dublin, California, UA) before and after LL. Bleb were aeed for bleb height, bleb wall thickne, appoition of the cleral flap to clera, and patency of the internal otium. Reult even bleb in eye of even patient were imaged. Pre-LL, five bleb were low and two were of moderate height. After LL, ix of even eye (85.7%) howed an increae in total bleb height, with increaed bleb wall thickne and eparation of the cleral flap from clera. In one eye, there wa no dicernible change in bleb height, cavity height, or wall thickne. Concluion A-OCT wa able to demontrate feature of bleb morphology that changed after LL.
