Purtcher-like Retinopathy in a Patient with HELLP yndrome

Purpoe To report the antepartum preentation of Purtcher-like retinopathy and hemolyi, elevated liver enzyme, low platelet (HELLP) yndrome that reulted in evere permanent viual lo. Deign Interventional cae report. Method A 25-year-old primigravida patient at 38.5 week getation preented with evere bilateral lo of viion. Immediate hopitalization with complete evaluation, urgent medical treatment, and cearean ection wa performed. Reult Ophthalmocopic evaluation howed bilateral Purtcher-like retinopathy. Laboratory tudie revealed elevated liver enzyme, thrombocytopenia, and evidence of intravacular coagulation conitent with HELLP yndrome. Depite the ucceful delivery of a healthy baby, the patient developed permanent viual lo. Concluion Purtcher-like retinopathy with permanent viual lo can occur antepartum in patient with HELLP yndrome.
