Abstract
Purpoe
To etablih normative value of the retina in the pediatric population uing optical coherence tomography (OCT).
Deign
Propective obervational cae control tudy.
Method
Propective tudy examining macular thickne and nerve fiber layer thickne in children with no ocular dieae. After clinical examination, patient meeting the incluion and excluion criteria underwent OCT canning.
Reult
Thirty-two eye were examined for macular thickne and 25 eye for nerve fiber layer thickne. Normative value are found in the Table. The average foveal thickne for children i 221 micron v 182 micron in adult.
Concluion
