Abstract
A triplet pregnancy occurred in a 51-year-old menopausal woman after oocyte donation. Three of the four transferred embryos implanted, and the patient elected to carry the pregnancy. She delivered three viable infants wighing between 1500 and 2100 gm at 33 weeksʹ gestation by cesarean section.
